We actually live down south. This is the mother-in-laws place and she loves the old style look so that was what we were going for in a home built in the 70's. Just finished meeting with her on the two bathroom remodels which will be started in a couple weeks. Thankfully she will be out of town for a while so I should have some time to get that done after work and on the weekends.
