i wish it was easy but its a lot of time creating lifestyle changes that all add up, the harder you work towards this goal the more you will remember it when you reach it and then like me you will never want to have to struggle so hard again to just look fit.

consistency, this is the key. create routines, eat the same things. limit the cheat meals to one or two a week, and not cheat days just meals. find support in others and dont follow them when they go astray be the one who says i wouldn't eat that .

track the food, see whats in it and read lables. our bodies cant always process these unnatural ingredients , corn syrup , trans fats.

remember if you're using drugs, that's the time to maximise your efforts, don't waste the drugs and money with poor nutrition . Maximize those gains and get ripped with steady supply of calories and healthy carbs and proteins . lots of us have posted our diets, these are not diets in the same sense you're doing, I can barely eat all mine and it makes the body run like a factory, i can burn and burn now because i have raised the metabolic rate through training the body more is coming in 3 hours get ready , and I don't eat crap..rarely ever if at all

honestly... i can't tell much difference from the last pics til now...so nothing to show.. but i'm up eating at maintenance or a little higher for a few weeks... then i'm gonna go full bore for 6 weeks or so to try to get to 10ish..or hopefully slightly below...

At that dose it's supposedly very mild regarding sides (I read several logs... Will find out if true), and it also preserves muscle mass. T3 can damage your thyroid, Clen can fuck with your heart. Always a risk, but people eat these like candy and do much longer cycles, yet instantly knock dnp.

If you're interested I'll find the links and logs I've read later tonight. If not, np just be safe with what ever compound you use because they all have sides.

I feel much better in DNP than I do on clen let alone clen with t3. I can't handle it. 25mcg of t3 is cutting it fo me lol. I eventually get used to it and the most I've done is 50mcg of egh t3 and I couldn't stand sitting in bed at night with my heart wanting to jump out of my chest. I couldn't handle it for a week. Idk how people do it but I'd rather be sweating bullets, pissing yellow and drinking tons of water than have a heart attack.
Also, my DNP cycle was 250 week1, 500 week 2 and 750 week 3
 
i'm gonna do a couple of weeks of maintenance or slightly above then go for it hard for 6 weeks or so... if at the half way point i'm not getting what i want, i might consider DNP...or something.

but honestly ... i don't need to be ripped for a contest or a certain date, etc.. i want to be very lean and be able to hold it for a while...like all asummer, etc....so contest ripped is not my goal and i should be able to get to my goal i believe without much chemical assistance....we'll see

Looking good man. Personally I found that at six weeks is just when I'm starting to turn the corner. I know you will let the mirror do the talking and not put a set time limit on it. To get cut up in Six weeks is a pretty ambitious goal unless your body has been there before and you have a set formula on how to get there. Remember that when you start to get where you want, push a little harder and longer because when you see what u want, it usually is pretty hard to keep. If you take it past that point a bit you will rebound to a place you will be happy with. Crush it brother.
