Alright guys, as promised I'm starting up this log. Everything will be AEL as always unless I need something at some point that they don't carry which I will notate.
I am going to be doing some serious training, proper eating & growing this offseason. I'm coming out of the gate swinging. We had to pull out of our second show due to death in family and some health issues my wife was having, but my plan in a seriously 6 month growth phase and on stage again in March.
As of Tuesday morning I weighed 189.3, right around 1lb over my stage weight from 4 weeks ago, I had started full depletion that day and we decided that night to pull out of the show. I gave myself that night and then wed and Thurs to eat whatever I wanted and do no cardio or training, I'm feeling awesome today but have some serious edema lol. I did start up my offseason super supps protocol on Wednesday however so I am feeling ready to hit the gym today! Starting protocol is as follows:
Sust 1g/wk
Eq 600mg/wk
Deca 400mg/wk
HGH 4 IU ED split 2/2
T4 100mcg ED
Prami 0.25mg mwf
Adex 0.5mg mwf
I have a pretty nice natural stack going as well for overall health and for carb transport. I will be taking metformin at 500mg am and 500mg pm throughout this offseason for insulin sensitivity and nutrient partitioning.
This is my am/PM stack:
Multi vitamin
1000mg vit c
1000mg fish oil
1000mg cla
R-ALA 150mg
L-carnitine 500mg
Metformin 500mg
4 caps Flexible (joint health)
2 tab liv 52
I will also start humalog post w/o once my body balances out with water and whatnot probably next week at 4-8 IU Post workout with gh.
My current daily macros are:
4021 cals
394 p
335 c
121 f
I will also be taking in bcaas and glutamine Pre and post workout and utilizing karbolyn post workout.
My training split will be 4 on 1 off repeat and will be:
chest/front delts/abs
back/rear delts/traps/calves
side delts/bis/tris/abs
quads/hams/calves.
I will be doing legs last in rotation simply to have the day off after leg day each rotation for recovery and growth as they are my main focus this offseason.
I'll bump my dosages throughout this, add Orals here and there and also utilize test suspension a few days a week pre workout at 75-100mg pre workout.
I'll be updating this daily for the most part and when I get some strength back I will post some numbers and PRs for your reading pleasure as well lol. If I missed anything let me know. I'm excited to get this going!!
