Alright, so as of today I'm running 1.3ml tri blend with 0.7ml test c m/w/f and started up ael superdrol at 50mg Ed (25 am 25 pm) for a total of 525mg test c, 390mg test prop, 390mg mast prop & 585mg tren a weekly and 50mg superdrol ed. I'll run the superdrol for roughly 3 weeks (or as long as I can take it without feeling like shit and handle the back pumps) and the rest for probably 8 weeks. This is coming off a cruise of 500mg test c weekly for about 8 weeks. hoping go recomp and get some strength back on this.
Today I hit chest and Tris, first time in the gym in about 10 days due to vacation. Weight was 228.
Flat bar bench 335x4, 335x2, 315x4, 275x8
Incline dumbbell bench 110x7, 105x5
Incline barbell bench 205x7
Decline barbell bench 225x8, 7, 7
Canle crossovers 3 sets 8-12
Weighted dips with 45lb plate 3 sets 8-12
Incline ez bar skull crushers 85x15, 105x7, 95x10
V bar pushdowns 3 sets 80x10-12
Sttrength suffering, stamina suffering even worse. Haven't been pushing much at all, been in the gym 2-3 days per week at low intensity low volume for the past like... 6 months and not much better for like 6 months before that. Haven't been eating right, and been on Vaca for the past 10 days with no gym, and been cruising for a couple months or so. so I'm at a good starting point right now to make some serious improvements pretty quick with muscle memory. Let's see what happens!
