Grow season "fuck shit up" with ael log

Alright, so as of today I'm running 1.3ml tri blend with 0.7ml test c m/w/f and started up ael superdrol at 50mg Ed (25 am 25 pm) for a total of 525mg test c, 390mg test prop, 390mg mast prop & 585mg tren a weekly and 50mg superdrol ed. I'll run the superdrol for roughly 3 weeks (or as long as I can take it without feeling like shit and handle the back pumps) and the rest for probably 8 weeks. This is coming off a cruise of 500mg test c weekly for about 8 weeks. hoping go recomp and get some strength back on this.
Today I hit chest and Tris, first time in the gym in about 10 days due to vacation. Weight was 228.

Flat bar bench 335x4, 335x2, 315x4, 275x8
Incline dumbbell bench 110x7, 105x5
Incline barbell bench 205x7
Decline barbell bench 225x8, 7, 7
Canle crossovers 3 sets 8-12
Weighted dips with 45lb plate 3 sets 8-12
Incline ez bar skull crushers 85x15, 105x7, 95x10
V bar pushdowns 3 sets 80x10-12

Sttrength suffering, stamina suffering even worse. Haven't been pushing much at all, been in the gym 2-3 days per week at low intensity low volume for the past like... 6 months and not much better for like 6 months before that. Haven't been eating right, and been on Vaca for the past 10 days with no gym, and been cruising for a couple months or so. so I'm at a good starting point right now to make some serious improvements pretty quick with muscle memory. Let's see what happens!

Weight just over 230 tonight.. heaviest I've been in a while. Feeling kinda bloated,but starting to feel Fuller and stronger. Hit shoulders..

Single arm side lateral raises 20x10x3
Rear delt machine flye 3x10-15
Rear delt db raises 30x10

If the high cable rows are what I'm thinking they are, I did them for the first time last week. I liked them quite a bit. I did them standing...am I thinking the same movement you did?

105 db's overhead for reps is no joke. Nice work!

Thanks man! Yep sounds like we are talking about the same thing!

Strongest I've been in a year and a half and still half assing gym and diet, the cut blend is working lol. Weight is at 230, Monday I hit chest and tri and felt great!

Back down to 300mg test only, wanting to take it easy on myself for a bit and only run short periods of blast. Tuesday o hit chest and tri and weighed 231

Cruising on 500mg test at the moment. Also have some proviron in right now as I was feeling a low libido for a bit, think I needed to free up some test. Weight sitting just under 230..

Monday I hit chest/tris.

Sorry guys, been a little MIA lately. Lots going on with work and home. Been getting in 2-3x a week for about 45 min sessions. Weight still between 230-232. Been missing a lot of leg days.. have to fix that lol. I did chest and tris today. Weight at 232.

Been running 500mg test standalone for a few weeks and feel pretty good. Super high sex drive and feel pretty normal. As of today going to cut it to 400/wk.
