a Little tip on your side chest shot. Bring your right foot slightly back about 3 or 4 inches. Keep the legs nice and tight together but point the right toe in towards the left foot. This will make your hams and calves pop.

Thanks shredz... I'll work on that. Thanks for the tip. I know not to focus on weight and u usually don't but this is the first time I have eaten this much and just barely maintain weight. I changed coaches this year so it's a little different than before but good. Looking forward to Masters I can tell you that for sure.

Woww!! That's a lot of calories just to maintain...your body is on fire! Are you running anything? Are you doing a shit ton of cardio?

Maybe your eating too many veggies? Are you adding in the veggies just for health or to keep you full.
When I add up my macros I don't count any of my greens as calories.

good thought, veggies more of a filler..
 
Veggies are not counted... I call them free food. When I say a ton it's not really it's usually a cup of greens in my 3rd, 4th and 5th meals.

No cardio brotha... Im running a few things but nothing that would IMO cause the issue. Tren is out at the moment but I was running it up until 2 weeks ago but nothing at real high doses. No clen, no t3 nothing. Just odd. The funny thing is I had a company function this weekend and went off diet, not too bad but still off. I expected to gain a few pounds which I would have welcomed of course but instead only gained 0.2 lbs.... go figure. Im just getting leaner but holding weight so I guess its all a good thing.
 
I wonder if the cheats are just upping your leptin levels enough to just spur on additional fat loss. Just a thought.

Possibility! I went on a cruise last fall....cheated all week (Well, as clean as I could, but still cheat). I lost 2 lbs from the cruise and continued to loose weight for 3 weeks after the cruise. Of course, my diet was spot on for a year before that (including scheduled weekly cheats)

That's a thought. Hadn't really considered that. Hmmmm...

I've never really gone of diet until this season in hopes of packing on more weight. Don't get me wrong I have gotten bigger just stayed a whole lot leaner than I thought I would have. Which on the plus side when I start to cut it should be a breeze. At least that is what I'm thinking.
 
Gerhelin (sp) and leptin rise with cheats when on strict dieting which squashes them for the most part. To me, that is the biggest reason for a cheat. Muscle gain needs to be fostered through your normal macros IMO meaning raise your carbs or go to carb cycling if you are afraid of fat gain. May have to do some Ronnie Coleman cornbread meals too.

Very good points Rock. I may have to consider an alternative approach this go round since it seems my body has changed in requirements. TBH be afraid of getting fat was my issue the first couple of years in the game again. Coming from 270 gives you that mind set sometimes. However that fear is gone this time which is good. I'll have to hit my trainer up and get his thoughts too.
 
This is becoming ridiculous... dropped another .3 lbs. Only thing I can think of with weight drop like this is water. Which makes a lot of sense I suppose since I am not losing size only gaining in definition. Now the question is why am I dropping water weight? Im taking in a 1.5 gal a day, but that is no different than normal. No diuretics what so ever aside from iced tea and coffee. Hopefully this will taper here pretty soon. Dont think I can put anymore food away without puking...lol

Man could be a number if things. Sodium/potassium imbalance to raised metabolism. If your looking the way you want to in the mirror I wouldn't sweat it.

Very true, it could be. I am not sweating it really. Just puzzled thats all.

Last night went to a company dinner and I went all out, appetizers, ribs, baked potato and fries. I was expecting to wake up at least a little heavier but to my surprise I actually dropped .2 lbs. Not a big deal by any means just surprising.

Na, probably not. My diet is very tight aside from the prescribed cheats twice a week. Not starting my cut until 12-14 weeks out. Havent decided yet but it will depend on what I look like.
 
4 days at 207.4 Im pretty happy about that. Not sure if I can eat anymore though...lol. I really leaned out but sitting too light IMO to come in at the weight I wanted to for the masters. Im thinking 192 when all is said and done based on what I currently look like. Unless of course I can put some quality weight on but not sure that is possible in the time frame I have. Ill post pics up tomorrow
