a Little tip on your side chest shot. Bring your right foot slightly back about 3 or 4 inches. Keep the legs nice and tight together but point the right toe in towards the left foot. This will make your hams and calves pop.
Thanks shredz... I'll work on that. Thanks for the tip. I know not to focus on weight and u usually don't but this is the first time I have eaten this much and just barely maintain weight. I changed coaches this year so it's a little different than before but good. Looking forward to Masters I can tell you that for sure.
