Went to a nephrologist Wed.....she said that I am lucky that my BP is GREAT and to consider it a gift! Told me no more STEROIDS (riiiiight) she dont care about my protein intake or creatine intake!!! She sent me for an ultrasound today. She just called me to tell me that i have a 5cm solid/cystic cyst on my one kidney. She said its not life or death right now but i need to see a specialist to see if its cancerous. Positive thing is atleast its not my kidneys are failing!! Also this can be the cause of my numbers being low the past 5 years. again THANKS everyone for the support!!!

That's great news! Though she may have a point.. have you thought about just maintaining TRT for awhile?

My the nephrologist first thought my kidneys were enlarged that’s why she said no more juice…..my kidneys seem to be fine they aren’t failing this cyst could be the reason my numbers are off especially since my blood pressure is normal!

Probably non cancerous, bet it's just a cyst that can be removed if need be.

It likely wouldn’t be the kidneys affecting bp it would be adrenals. Hypertension can injure the kidneys but likely in a sequela of an acute injury. There are basically 3 areas that affect the kidneys and the etiology of an injury pre- intra-post renal. If you have a cyst it is likely causing inflammation and impairing the filtration efficacy in the glomerulus. She didn’t give you any orders or a RX antibiotic?

I'd only get it removed should it change size or does start causing issues. Best bet is to have it monitored by the kidney specialist and if there's a big change then get the surgery to remove it.
