Been doing 2 hash browns, 2 pieces of toast with cream cheese (cream cheese not always) with a few eggs, to make a killer egg sandwich. It's been breakfast ED for the passed couple months now.

My norm is lean steak sliced thin then chopped up 4 oz then I add 5 egg whites and one serving of old fashion Oatmeal with one tbl spoon of raw honey. And water to drink.

1/4 cup feta cheese
1.5 oz cheddar cheese
1/4 medium avocado

Yeah. Got to get creative on low carb day. And this was two meals in one cause I slept in past what would have been my first meal....down 15 lbs so far.
