Daredevils comment popped this back up on my feed so I went back to read what some of you were eating for breakfast. I ran across this one and thought, "Damn that's exactly what I have for breakfast!" Then I noticed who wrote it.

Today's breakfast was a Greek yogurt with chia seeds, a couple of crackers with light cream cheese and a protein cookie.

Yesterday's breakfast was homemade soup, a slice of bread and some goat cheese.
Today I had cottage cheese, an apple, a few walnuts and a couple of whole grain crackers.

A salad with walnuts and raisins and a protein cookie.

I had a small romaine lettuce, an apple, some walnuts, olive oil, two crackers with Philadelphia light cream cheese.
