AtonI have never had a big appetite. I graze more than I eat.

Today's breakfast was 2 Weetabix protein and a double Nespresso.

Oh I would starve ( said in a German accent )

I lift in the morning so my fist meal is probably the biggest meal of my day.

2 cups oat meal
2 scoop whey protein
2.5 cup 2% milk
2tbs of agave
50g of karboload

And half of the time that's not enough. I'll bring a breakfast,
burrito egg whites cheese w some bacon bits.

I'm glad u can handle that MG!

It's the biggest carb load of the day for me. Most meals I average a cup of carbs lunch will be 2 cups. My second to last is a cup and my last meal will be no carbs unless I'm just crazy hungry then I'll add a cup. I average 500-550g of carbs a day.
In a couple of days I will be dropping off my bulk and getting into my diet again. I've been averaging 4800-5000 cals but will slowly drop down to 4000-4200.

AtonMy breakfast was the same way...on 4400 calories a day it was:
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
2 Tbsp honey
And of course 6 egg whites with 2 whole eggs.

That was some good eating!!! Yep yep!
 
8 eggwhites and 1 whole egg
2pcs of whole wheat toast
1tbsp peanut butter
3/4 cup blueberries
