Back to the diet today, chicken and a bagel! I think I am going to start tinkering around with low carb days and high carb days, just to put a different spin on my diet and to see what each does for me.
4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 4oz of ground turkey in scramble form. It was supposed to be in omelet form but I misjudged the flip and it ended up scrambled.
