homegrownThank you I needed to hear that! I know you knoe ur shit and my half ass following ur program has helped me immensely now imagine if I didnt cheat. I already fucked up this start I have to stop being emotional eater but going from making alot of money to chump change had a bad effect on me. I havent gave up I have the diet and I will show everyone especially myself what im capable of. Ive lost 10lbs of fat with simple eating changes hg gave me sorry again for fucking up just bad timing everything crashed on me all at once 🙂
