When do you inject your hgh?

I run my GH at night. One shot before bedtime. Do I think for muscle growth and increased IGF-1 levels are better taking at nigh rather than the day? Not necessarily but I tend to go with recommended protocols by the pharmacy and studies.

If you are running GH at 6 iu's a day and wanting to build muscle and increase muscle cells I would do your total 6 iu's in one shot. This will raise GH serum levels and IGF-1 levels higher and faster.

As far as t4 and t3. Your t3 concentrations increase after the 6 week mark and t4 concentrations decreases at the 6 week mark with gh. t4 dosing around 100-200mcg's where it should be ran IMO.

@daredevil any amount of time with your igf-1 levels above normal will effect your BG and cause issues.

Your natural hGH pulse occurs 2-3 hours after you fall asleep. That would preclude pinning at night. It's best to pin upon rising, as cortisol levels are highest at this time
 
To maximize serum levels and IGF- 1 levels among other benefits(normal circulating hormones and metabolites) shoot total daily dose at night especially us old guys.

I would recommend getting bloods on IGF-1 levels and GH serums before supplementing GH. I'm seeing more and more lower levels from individuals under the age of 30.

Does anyone have a study that is not on GH deficient adults? To me that is a factor I just can't overlook. These are good studies but they are based on a adult that is not producing GH, if we are not deficient why wouldn't you want to counter cortisol in the am?

Mands why would the time of day have any factor on how we convert GH To IGF? Not being argumentative here but unless we have a issue making IGF which would likely mean we could get it prescribed or would even just use IGF instead. what advantage do you see pinning before bed creates that is better than combating the effects of cortisol in the am and post workout?

I think guys are thinking that taking synthetic hgh stops your bodies natural production. That's what I was thinking. Honestly I'm not sure if that's true or not?

Wacker can I asked you this!? What are your natural gh serum and IGF-1 levels? Do you think when we add exogenous gh our levels stack up on our natural levels or do they raise accordingly to how much gh we take over time?

I feel like you aren't looking at the big picture. Maybe you are. I personal feel there are other factors like I mentioned that make it beneficial at night. It's my personal opinion that cortisol levels in the am are insignifant.

I'm gonna hit the gym. I'll revisit.

Ok here is the study i was looking for. Basically states suppression was noticed from 6-12 hours after GH administration.

The reason i think upon awakening and just right before bed shots are what i see mainly recommended.

Not saying postworkout shots aren't effective but depending on timing and when you Workout it can blunt your natural night pulse.

Where as right before sleep wouldn't disturb your natural pulse

I have no idea happen to live in a state I can't order bloods in.

In fact mands I think the opposite, so I think it suppresses our natural release, yes. Do I think that it suppresses all production no, and given the very short half life I would think that injecting in the am is the least likely to suppress our biggest natural release while we sleep.

Do I understand everything no, and I really don't think anyone here does we all try shit and see what works best for us. I tried night shots for almost a year did I see changes sure. I have changed pin times to morning and post and the growth in amazingly better, I am stronger, thicker, and staying lean.

Again I just see no definitive reason or study on a healthy make that says only night shots work, nor have I ever seen a stay that shows or natural production is shut down 100% at least beyond the active life of the extra growth.

In the end bro personal results are what matters most. So if i would stick with what works best for you.
