I'll start posting links as I come across them. The 1st is research on 9 studies of over 1,000 patients for narcolepsy. Synopsis: very good results compared to placebo.

Sounds like the real deal, although the usual abuse symptoms of over dependence and eventual lessening of positive effects was noted. In other words, don't take everyday or you'll become strung out and tolerant to it's effects.

I've taken both Provigil and Nuvigil. I prefer Provigil. Nuvigil is the time released version and it gave me a little anxiety.

I take it right when I wake up at 5:30 and then I have a "weight gainer" shake. I'm at the gym around 6:30 and I have complete focus and I'm wide awake. Provigil also gave me a good mood feeling that I didn't get from the Nuvigil.

It is really expensive if you go through a DR and get a script since it most likely won't be covered. I just ordered some generics from India (Modalert) and it seems the same and only $1.xx pill instead of $15 each.
