Neck is a bit better but back is terribly sore (sciatica is a bitch). I have been told to skip weights and that's what I do.

My cat woke me up at 4:45 am while I have the whole week off before surgery. Believe it or not I didn't feel like doing anything but since I was awake I did fasted cardio -- 4.5 kilometers, speed 7.6 km/h, 15% incline, 460 cals.
