I tried reverse grip db presses but couldn't because of the left shoulder and neck issues.

No workout until Monday. I need to rest. Going vegan, not sleeping well and the Valtran/Diazepam combo are a bit too much I can handle right now.

I didn't sleep well at all (neck and knee pain) and started working very early today and all I had time for was fasted cardio, 6.5 kilometers, 7.5 to 8 km/h, 15% incline, 705 cals.
