Today was fasted cardio -- 5.7 kilometers, 15% incline, 600 cals.

Chest

Push ups (100)
Db press
Flys
Pullovers

1 set of 36 reps of each.
 
I have the flu and feel really crappy (fever, sneezing, coughing, sluggishness. I walked 4 kilometers yesterday and today but I really need to rest.
 
Today was 5.2 kilometers fasted cardio (15% incline, 550 cals). It felt great.

I should have known better and listen to you GF. Lifting weights was a bad idea. I have that tingling sensation/numbness in the fingers again. I will stick to cardio and bodyweight exercises from now on. My lifting days are over.

10 min arm bicycle
10 min stepper

I shouldn't have done squats and lunges. My right knee is so sore that I had to see the physio. I called the orthopedist and I'm looking into having a knee replacement after all .....
