I took it easy today.
I woke up at 3:00 am and did fasted cardio (12,5 kilometers treadmill, 10% incline)
 
Insomnia is getting worse. I slept 4:30 hours last night. I woke up at 2:30am and despite a lot of tossing and turning and Diazepam I couldn't go back to sleep.

Cardio makes me hungry, I wonder if splitting it (5 kilometers fasted, 5 kilometers in the afternoon) would help control the appetite.
