It could be, when is the last time you had your thyroid checked? You have to have some carbs girl.
 
They checked it 3 months ago and values were normal. I had a slice lentil bread earlier and also rice cakes with almond butter as snack.

My thyroid is always on the lower end but they will not do anything so I am going to treat myself soon I think.

I saw an orthopaedic specialist yesterday and he injected Prednisolone into my shoulder. He has referred me to a colleague but wants me to have an ultrasound next week if I'm still in pain.
 
I woke up at 2 am (stomach pain). After taking an antacid and 5mg Diazepam I went back to sleep for 2 more hours.

I remember that program, lol.
Rest when your body tells you girl, don't push it please. The prednisolone could have caused you stomach issues?? I used to do more for everyone else, I was always there and put myself last but now that I am older and my kids are grown, once I have this surgery it will be all about me and getting my body back right. This medical system is the worst, they have dragged things out so long I hope this new Dr won't say it has been too long to operate again. I will get very ugly with him...😉
 
Sweet Thor you've had your share of injuries and surgeries. We have both struggled to get back. I hope that you will be back the not so old self in no time.
I haven't given up on lifting yet but right now I can't do anything but cardio. I have an ultrasound on Monday. We'll see what the results are.

Thank you so much for caring also 😉, if not for incompetent doctors I would have been getting back up to speed or working on it. The Dr that did a bad job wanted me to come back and see him, the way I am though is they get one chance to fix me or mess me up and that is it and he messed up. Still waiting on the Hospital to get all my records and films ready for the new Dr but until they do, I am stuck just waiting. I will be here if you need me. 🙂
 
@Thor The doctor who f***** up should pay for the consequences (physio, other surgeries). It's not normal you have to go through all this. You are entitled to some kind of compensation.
