What Body Part did you workout today?

Backs a HUGE muscle group as well plus imo best way to work biceps
 
shoulders and core today
 
Today.. i did... nothing because im fucking sick again. Last time i went back to the gym too soon.
 
Norhing today. took a nap after work so i can stay up and watch Celtics-Heat
 
Rest… ran sprints and did sled work on Sunday afternoon in 97* heat… it was brutal. I paid the price, felt like shit until this morning.
 
Back and bi's .. been working out around my shoulder pain crap. Cant do normal chest workouts as heavy as i want. I have to stay sub-300 lbs now :-(
 
Core
 
GRIMThis is one i neglect too often lol i need to work my core more. My core workouts are secondary in my workouts. A lot of it is done while moving tons of plates around lol (idk why so many people cant whipe the equipment after workout and dont put weights back)
