chest/tris but was so short might as well call it a rest day
 
gonna go do some hamstrings, back, shoulders, forearms, calves, and obliques

Called me off work cause yesterday I was super sick and they didn’t want a repeat. Made the best of this SoCal weather and trained savage.
 
deadlifts today, then more back, shoulders, bis, obliques, calves, and forearms
 
Ran 2 1/2 miles

Shoulders / abdominals / quads / calves

It was good, get gassed easy but make sure to get around 2 min between each superset and that seems to help.
