skinless chicken breast strips 7 -8 oz dint weigh today and about 3/4 cup brown rice with some barbecue sauce
 
Cucumber with ginger, garlic and onions (prebiotics), a slice toasted sourdough bread with vegan cheese
 
A cucumber salad (half a cucumber, garlic, ginger, edible lavender), 2 small slices Kamut bread with grilled vegan cheese.
