Same as breakfast. Rice cakes with a thin slice goats cheese, Marmite, walnuts and alfalfa sprouts.
 
Yesterday was Taiwanese food: soup, noodles with tofu, a rice cake (made of rice flour, eggs and other goodies).
 
Grilled chicken, white rice, green beans... In honor of my Bday in a couple of days, I might throw in a pack of Reese's peanut butter crunchy cookie cups, the fat cups!!
 
Cheddar on rice cakes with Marmite, snack was a small vanilla waffle (a well deserved treat after work).
