Just had 5eggs 1 whole egg. With five slices of turkey. Protein drink in a bit then bowl of honey bunches of oats. This morning had oatmeal and big protein drink and or the first time in a long time for lunch killed the buffet at Mr. Gatties!!

haha. I just feel alot better when im eating berries and green vegg like broccoli and kale. After a while i crave the berries and veggies. Dont get me wrong every once in a while i need to have a bloody ass burger and some goddam icecream but i feel like shit afterwards so i could never do it too often
