Looks like you are still going strong 😉.
Had my second surgery on my arm, the first Dr screwed it up bad, there was a lot of scar tissue to clean out and they used a cadaver Achilles tendon to replace my torn one. My new Dr said I would have lost my arm if I hadn't come to him, if was a rough surgery. The scar tissue was growing in around the arteries and would have cut off circulation to my lower arm.
 
@Thor OMG imagine losing an arm ... glad you're safe now. You have gone through so much pain and everything since we "met".

My rotator cuff injury sucks. My GP wants me to stop lifting. I cannot lift my left arm right now. This is really bad. And I have a pinched nerve that hurts a lot. I went to the chiropractor 2 days ago and he said that my neck and left shoulder/trap are completely blocked. He worked on it but it only offered a short relief. I take anti inflammatories, Tramadol and Diazepam.
I was supposed to have a CT scan but it was cancelled because of the corona pandemic.

@millenium girl I am sorry to hear that, we have both been through a lot and you are sweet to think of me when you have gone through so much yourself. They have to get your neck and shoulder fixed, no reason they can't help you out with that.
I was also hoping the corona virus had not affwcted your area but it seems to be everywhere right now even though I have a feeling it has hit it's peak and should be getting better.

We haven't reached the peak yet. I was supposed to be in London UK between March 25 and March 28 but everything has been postponed to June. Let's wait and see.
I hope your area isn't affected by the lockdown. Things look pretty bad in NYC.

Tramadol Retard interferes with my sleep. I slept only 5 hours last night.

Sorry to hear that, yea every where is being affected with job closings, grocery shortages, starting to impose curfews in a lot of states, it's crazy so many people freaking out instead of just taking it in stride until it runs it's course.
 
@millenium girl Wow I am hoping they will get you through this, I wonder if any of your Dr's are familiar with peptides, HGH, BP 157 for healing purposes. I am sure you will be able to work through it but it may take some time my friend.
 
@Thor You know what it's like to be injured and not able to lift. The shockwave therapy doesn't seem to help and I can't undergo the CT scan that would show how bad things are.
I take Tramadol, Diazepam and Lormetazepam at night and still can't sleep more than 5 to 6 hours.

@millenium girl If there is any way I can help you let me know please. when I had multiple tears in my rotator cuff I bought one of those sling shots made by Jeff Bell and was incline and flat benching over 300 again in no time. it helped rehab my shoulder without surgery. I know there has to be a way to help you sweet girl. Nothing would work for sleep with me so they put me on Quetiapine Fumerate 50mg and it is the only thing that has ever helped me sleep. Maybe you can ask them and tell them what I said.
