Hehe. How's the neck issue coming along? Getting any better?
Neck is better but I stick to light weights and I only lift 2 to 3 times a week now. Everyone tells me to listen to my body and right it says that I have to slow down. It is hard for me because I'm addicted to cardio and everything ....
 
I ate a few crackers at my desk (with a tiny piece of goats cheese). I had a snack after work (2 crackers with Philadelphia cream cheese and walnuts).
 
One slice protein bread with fresh goats cheese and walnuts. There was nothing else in the fridge. I should go to the stores and buy cottage cheese.
