oka peeps i will be taking the rest of the week off do to the rear axle in my truck throwing a bearing got to work on it after work so that takes my gym time but i hope to have it done before the weekends over but anyways it will give my body a well deserved rest and then hit it hard the following week.
 
oka got everything fixed on the truck turns out it was just the universal joint that went so i just drained the oil out the rear end checked all seals and the bearings to be safe and replaced all things that looked bad. even went and bought 4 new tires and got a free alignment so it should be good for awhile and now i can get back to the gym tonight....🙂
