Day of rest, pulled my groin slightly… tomorrow AM yoga ? PM Back/ grip strength
 
Spasms were so bad in legs could barely walk. Still managed 30 minutes light cardio and some cables for chest and tris

Just got am back, delts bis 20 minutes or dreadmill
