What do your MMA w/o's consist of? Multi-discipline or different everyday?

I usually roll on a separate day from boxing/muay thai/TKD. We do 8-10 rds, @ 2 mins with 30 sec. rest with the focus pads, body shield/hogo as a warm up and straight to sparring (3 min. rds., 1 min rest). It's nice to w/o with all black belts in various disciplines (mostly TKD), that way you can work on technique during sparring. Full gear, 10oz. gloves, yeah we hit hard anyway.lol

Well that day was just working on grappling and submissions with the kids.Nothing crazy just a few rounds of them working on rear naked chokes,Triangle chokes, guillotine chokes and omoplatas.

But in general, all days will be different training styles worked on.
