Seated machine press- 3 sets 10-12 reps
Dumbbell side raises

40 lb x 15 reps
45 lb x 10 reps
2 sets of side cable raises to failure
Dumb bent rear rows
40 lbs x 15
45 lbs x 12
50 lbs x 11
Shrugs(I don't go heavy, I crank out reps and hold)
