Shoulders

Start with rotator cuff warm ups
2 sets lightweight overhead dumbbell press
80lb x15 reps
85lb x 15 reps
90lb x 12 reps
95lb x 9 reps

Seated machine press- 3 sets 10-12 reps

Dumbbell side raises
35 lb x 20 reps
40 lb x 15 reps
45 lb x 10 reps

2 sets of side cable raises to failure

Dumb bent rear rows
40 lbs x 15
45 lbs x 12
50 lbs x 11

Shrugs(I don't go heavy, I crank out reps and hold)
245-25
275-20
305-15
Never unstrapped. Forced another set of 9, then 5

That's all folks. First night back at home in my gym

My pleasure my brotha.They're killer my friend.I assure you you'll feel the difference between those and traditional shrugs.Just dont curse me out too badly afterwards.Or want to kiss me for giving you such a great feeling you'll get from them which is a pain ive come addicted to.LMAO
 
Today was softball with the kids at the park and running around with them and the dogs.
 
Had one day back in the gym after over 6 weeks off due to pneumonia. Flat bench,military press,tricep rope press downs,just taking it easy to start then it will be time to go ballistic after a couple of weeks...🙂

AWESOME MY BROTHER!!!! Great to hear you're getting back to health and are back to the iron.Make sure to not push yourself to hard too fast.Work back into it slowly my friend.
 
No gym today.All family day in the F.I.S.T. household.Which will probably end up with me running around with the kids and dogs anyway so at least i'll be getting this old ass plenty of cardio! AGAIN!!!!!LMFAO.
 
Worked a split or double-split...I get em confused.

Anyways

Afternoon was Biceps and Triceps

Only two movements worked strict and deliberate with emphasis on my pump

Seated Dumbell Curls
Tricep pushdowns

Evening was Delts and Calves

Hammer-Strength Shoulder Press
Lean - Back Smith Shrugs
Behind the neck press
Laterals
