What kind of slave driver do you work for that has you working extra weekends all the time, hehe?

I can't tell you or you will run away 😉

Today I did fasted cardio. I put duct tape on the calories and focused on the distance. I did 6.2 km in 55 minutes (5 min warm up and 5 min cool down included). I stretched well because of the ITBS. During the warm up knee was a bit sore but after 5 minutes pain was gone.

I won't workout this week-end because I work both days again but I have to remember to stretch, otherwise back, hips and legs will be tight.

Now I'm intrigued. But I understand. Some personal stuff has to stay that way. 🙂
You must be less intrigued now 😉

I woke up at 3am today, tossed and turned and couldn't go back to sleep. I got up and stretched my back (always stiff when I get up), did a few air squats ... and walked slowly for 5 minutes.
I did a total of 4.5 kms in 37 minutes.
I added a light upper body workout.

Biceps curls
Hammer curls
Wrist curls

Dips (60)
Triceps kickbacks
Triceps extensions

Deadlifts

Frontal raises
Lateral raises
Shrugs

Push ups (60)
Press
Pullovers

Abs
200 reps
+ The plank

Today was fasted cardio, more cardio and bw exercises.

4.8 km in 38 min, 150 push ups, 150 dips, 150 squats.
15 min arm bicycle
15 min stepper

Lots of stretching because thighs were fried and Achilles is sore.

Indeed.

You're the Queen of Cardio. I'm more like the King of...not doing cardio. But I have been doing 20-25 minutes after training for a few weeks now, which is a record for me. Something clicked in my head about being healthier so I don't die or some dumb thing.

I'm addicted to cardio. Cardio is healthy but doing it while injured isn't a good thing. I have an Achilles tendonitis right now but I still jump on the treadmill every morning and end up in pain with a swollen tendon.

The Queen of Cardio ... I like that 🙂

I got up at 5am today and did fasted cardio. 5 km in 39 minutes and some stretching followed by an upper body workout.

Frontal raises
Reverse flys
Shrugs
External rotations

Triceps kickbacks
Triceps extensions

Biceps curls
Hammer curls
Concentration curls

One arm rows

Chest press
Pullovers

One long set of 40 reps of each exercise

Abs
200 reps

Today was fasted cardio. 5.1 kilometers in 34 min (I did the first 4.6 km in 31 min but slowed down a bit at the end).

I completed the workout with 200 push ups, 200 dips, 150 squats and 150 lunges (75 each leg).

Neck is sore again. I didn't even lift heavy yesterday. It sucks getting old.

Today was fasted cardio only.

6 kilometer in 34 min (I did the first 4 in 23 minutes, then 5.5 in 30 minutes).
I added 20 min arm bicycle.

Thank you Thor 🙂

I did fasted cardio again today. 4.6 km in 32 min, 515 cals burnt.

Upper body workout

Frontal raises
Shrugs
External rotations

Triceps kickbacks
Triceps extensions

Biceps curls
Hammer curls
Wrist curls

One arm rows

Db flyes
Db press

Abs (150 reps)

1 set of 45 reps.

I felt really weak, it sucked.

Fasted cardio
Treadmill -- 5.2 kilometer in a little more than 31 minutes (595 cals burnt). I was terribly slow, legs were heavy and knee was a bit sore.

Upper body workout

Push ups (75)
Db press
Pullovers

One arm rows

Frontal raises
Lateral raises
External rotations

Hammer curls
Biceps curls
Wrist curls

Dips (75)
Kickbacks
Extensions

1 set of 40 reps of each exercise.

I added 100 air squats.

I worked all week-end on my feet and I'm really tired.

My ITBS isn't thanking me for yesterday's run, the pain is pretty bad but that didn't stop me.

Fasted cardio

I took it easy -- 5.7 kilometer in 41 min, 540 calories burnt. That wasn't enough. Cool down was a slow walk until I had burnt 705 cals.

And since I had been up since 3:45am and that I had some time left before riding my bike to work I added a light upper body workout. 1 set of 50 reps of

Frontal raises
Reverse flyes

One arm rows

Biceps curls
Hammer curls

Triceps kickbacks
Triceps extensions

Dumbell flyes
Dumbell presses

I massaged the ITBS when I got back home but the pain is still there.

Today was fasted cardio only.

20 min treadmill (3 km, 342 calories)
20 min elliptical
20 min arm bicycle

Awesome job, give me some of your energy!!! LOL.... I'm watching you 😉
Haha thank you for checking up on me Thor 🙂

I won't run at 100% for a while. ITBS still hurts. I should probably rest but I need the cardio to give me enough energy to complete the day ... and to prevent me from hitting people.

Fasted cardio
4.5 kilometer, 505 cals burnt. I walked until I reached 570 cals.

Upper body workout (light weights)

Biceps curls
Hammer curls

Triceps kickbacks
Extensions

Frontal raises
Lateral raises
Shrugs

Deadlifts

Db flyes
Pullovers

1 set of 40 reps of each exercise.

I went to work but hadn't done enough cardio. Since I was early I did 20 min stepper.

During my lunch break I did 20 min arm bicycle.

I will take it easy tomorrow (a slow walk, well slow for me anyway). And I will take the week-end off because work will be busy again.

Today was fasted cardio but I had plenty of time since I don't have to work.

I set the treadmill on an automatic program and did 8.5 kilometer, 720 cals burnt. I did the first 8 kilometer in 59 minutes, the rest was a cool down. I stretched for 10 minutes.
