I woke up at 3 am this morning. Instead of tossing and turning I got up and did fasted cardio: 6.5 kilometers (750 calories burnt).

I worked the arms (I hate doing them .....).

Biceps curls
Hammer curls
Wrist curls
One arm concentration curls

Dips (100)
Kickbacks
One arm extensions

Abs -- 150 reps

1 set of 40 reps of each exercise.
 
I will be on vacation next week which is something I look forward to because work sucks at the moment. Counting the days.

Today was fasted cardio: 5.5 kilometer treadmill (622 cals burnt).

Shoulders

Frontal raises
One arm lateral raises
Shrugs
External rotations
Reverse flyes

I did 20 min arm bicycle during my lunch break.

Both my Achilles are sore. I will stretch more after cardio.

I haven't worked out in 3 days and took it easy today.

6 kilometer treadmill, 700 cals burnt.

Not sure I will be able to work out this week-end because I will work again.
 
I got up at 4am to get the fasted cardio done.

5,2 kilometer treadmill (speed 8.5 km/h, 15% incline, 600 cals burnt).

Thanks guys! Yes back to work but I take next week off. I need another break from colleagues and annoying people.

My legs are fried and the ITBS is bugging me again. I hadn't done squats and lunges in a while. I'm gonna take the week-end off (I work on Sunday).
