I didn't do anything this week-end except work with all my gear on which killed my back and thighs despite a lot of stretching after my shift.

This morning I did fasted cardio -- 4.5 kms treadmill, 505 cals burnt
Fasted weights -- upper body workout

Frontal raises
Shrugs
External rotations

Biceps curls
Hammer curls

Dips (100)
Triceps kickbacks
Triceps extensions

One arm rows

Push ups (100)
Dumbell press
Overhead press

20 min stepper

During my lunch break I did 20 min arm bicycle.

I have flu like symptoms (night sweats, cramps, my whole body is aching and I'm really tired) but that didn't stop me from doing fasted cardio. 6.6 kms treadmill, 700 cals burnt.
 
Well I took a 5-day break because of that damn virus but now that I got the OK from the doctor, I'm back at it.

Yesterday was 4.6 kms treadmill in a little less than 35 min (warm up and cool down included). I burnt 520 cals.

I also worked arms (you know I hate it ....).

Hammer curls
Wrist curls

Dips (100)
Triceps kickbacks
Triceps extensions

1 set of 50 reps of each exercise

Today was another 4.6 km treadmill -- 520 cals burnt

I'm still not 100% but things are improving. The coughing stopped and I sleep better.

Today was fasted cardio -- 5 km treadmill (warm up and cool down included) in 32 min (570 cals burnt).

15 min arm bicycle.
 
I get (have?) to use an arm bicycle as a warm up for my physical therapy. Usually 8 to 10 minutes at a pretty low resistance however. I'm sure your arm bike is smoking when you're done using it.
 
My triceps are fried after 5 minutes lol .... I only do it at a low resistance level. My stepper died recently and so did my elliptical. Only my treadmill is still working.

Today was another fasted cardio session. 5.4 kilometer on the treadmill in less than 35 minutes, good for 594 calories.

I added 100 push ups, 100 dips and 100 lunges (50 each leg).

During my lunch break I did 15 min arm bicycle (I intended to do more but felt weak).

One more workout tomorrow and then 2 days off (except for a couple of walks). Like I said the other day I haven't recovered completely from that virus yet. I have no strength, it sucks.

I will probably go for an early morning walk this week-end (more of a stroll than a brisk walk because my Achilles and knee are a bit mad at me for some reason).
 
I went for a 5.5 kilometer walk yesterday and today my knee is a bit sore, warm and the inner compartment is slightly swollen. I should probably go and buy a good knee brace if I want to keep on doing treadmill every day. What do you think?

This was frustrating so I did an upper body workout today instead of cardio.

2 hours gardening (I guess that doesn't count but it killed my back).
 
I woke up at 3am today (nightmare) and couldn't go back to sleep. I hopped on the treadmill for 7 kilometer fasted cardio (800 cals burnt).

Flyes
Pullovers

1 set of 40 reps of each.

I hope I will sleep better tonight.
 
Today was fasted cardio as usual but a lot less than yesterday due to a lack of time

5.3 kilometers -- 620 cals
20 min stepper

100 push ups
100 dips
100 lunges (50 each leg)
100 squats
 
I slept 9 hours last night, I guess I needed it.

I had the day off and did fasted cardio -- 5.1 kilometer, (15% incline), 600 cals burnt.

I worked the arms but had no strength and since I hate doing arms it sucked.

One arm extensions

No workout until Monday since I work all week-end with all my gear on. I have to remember to stretch or those legs and lower back will be stiff.

During my lunch break I did 20 min arm bicycle.
 
I ran a bit a short distance (3,5 kilometer) both yesterday and today. Knee is sore and swollen. Ditching the cardio isn't an option. I guess I will use the elliptical for the next few days.

200 squats
150 lunges (75 each leg)

I did 20 min arm bicycle during my lunch break.
 
My knee was badly swollen yesterday and I could barely walk. I took it easy on the cardio. Only 20 min fasted arm bicycle and 15 min stepper followed by an upper body workout.

15 min treadmill (barefoot), 200 cals burnt.
15 min arm bicycle
20 min stepper

Just enough not to feel guilty and I skipped lunch since I didn't burn lots of calories earlier.
