I wish my gym had some big beasts there. . I'm only 205 @ 5'11" and I'm one of the bigger guys there that actually looks decent. It's hard to find a good partner. I had a few buddies we would hit it hard daily and they were equally big and toned and knew how to lift. With oilfield turning into shit they work stupid random hours and they can't make same times anymore. So I'm flying solo again. They honestly have more talking in my gym than lifting. Want to convert my 2 car garage into a gym.

IMHO, that's the only way to fly.

My gym, my rules. No commute. No waiting on equipment.

The biggest draw back is my kids want to come out there while I'm working out, but I run 'em back in the house and tell them they have to wait.

Btw, workout today is Kroc rows(100lb dbell rows 3x20) followed by heavy partial deadlifts

But sometimes I work them out too, which is cool.

AS Tricep pushdowns 3x(12-15)
AS Standing Cable curls 3x(12-15)

AS Tricep Ext 3x 20,15,10
AS Naut Uni curl Mach 3x 12,10,(8 DS Max-BP)

AS Skull Crushers 2x 8x10 BP at failure of last set
AS Standing Cable curls 2x 8-10

AS Pressdowns 2x 8-10
AS Incline bench Curls 2x 10-12 BP at failure of last set

AS Reverse grip pushdowns

Elaborate on this mma circuit training. I trained mma for years before I had a kid and just curious as to what you do. We mainly sparred. Alot of cardio. Make the waves with the rope (don't remember the name). Sledge hammer on tire to get the motion down for some judo throws. Stuff like that. Was Alot of explosive movements

These were things we did outside of the repetitive technique training.
 
Lower Body Squat focus Monday night

Barbell Squat 5x3 @82.5%, then 1 AMRAP at 82.5%
Deadlift 5x7 @ 75%
Single leg, leg press 3x20 each leg
Walking Lunges 4x10 each leg
Barbell Glute Bridge 250 Reps

Yea i was thinking the same thing. I love tats. my wife has a good bit of them in hidden places. she really wants to get a half sleeve but backs down every time.
 
i worked my manly shoulders and arms today, bros. went light because my rotator cuffs have been giving me problems lately.
