Ok guys check this out. So I sleep in Wednesday and Thursday. So today I did back. Started with dead lifts but as punishment I put just one plate on the bar (135lbs) and did a set of squats 10-12reps after each set on every exercise hahah. I did about 10 sets on dead lifts and 5 sets wide grip pull downs and 5 sets close grip rows then finished with pull ups. So that was at the very least 20+ sets for squats. I say 20+ because on some sets I did squats before and after each set

Wow I was pumped and sweaty hahaha.

Sounds like a great workout SkinNbone.Nice to hear you kick ass today.Nothing like that feeling after a great wo0rkout session.Except for sex but thats a different type of workout and you need a partner.LOL.
 
80 pull ups in as few sets as possible
5x3 @ 85% 1Rm Barbell Flat Bench, then 1xAMRAP 85%
4x12 Shoulder Machine Press
4x10 DB Flat Bench Press
3x15 Incline Smith Machine Press
60 Dips for time
4x30 Weighted Abs
 
Chest and triceps today. Legs are still killing me from the ridiculous amount of sets on squats last week

For chest started with DB bench press. 110lbs Dumbbells easy baby!
 
5x2 Barbell squat at 90% 1Rm
As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) Barbell squat @90%.............I nailed 10!!
Deadlift 82.5% 1Rm 5x5 used 350lb
Single leg, back leg on bench barbell squat 4x12, each leg
Horizontal leg press 3x20 used 320lb
Barbell Glute Bridge 3x15
 
Standing Military Press 5x3@85%
Standing Military Press AMRAP@85%
Smith Machine Incline Chest Press 3x15
Seated Arnold Press 4x12

Superset:
Bent Over Db Rear lateral 4x15
DB clean and Press 4x12

Cable side lateral 5x12, each arm

Superset, 3 rounds
Db Upright row, as many as possible in 1 min
Db front raise, as many as possible in 1 min
Rest 1 min
 
Hammer machine seated single arm row. 4x12
Happen machine lat pull down. 4x12
Seated cable row narrow grip. 3x10-12
Seated cable row wide grip. 3x10-12
Lat pull down. Wide handle bar. 3x10-12
Hyper extensions. 3-failure
 
My workouts are light and pure shit compared to before but doing what I can
