super wide 80 degree Incline Flyes
standing low cable rows
variable angle cable cross overs
blast strap push up w/ 30 pounds of chain
Narrow grip lat pulldowns.
Seated Calve Raise

6pm Bi and Tri

Alt DB Curl
cable press downs
preacher Curls
single arm press down
T-bar dB curls/kick backs
abs
 
Back this morning. Started with dead lifts!! Then heavy DB row. And am no longer using straps cause I wanna work on my grip strength.

Man what a difference. Great workout but couldn't go as heavy without straps on deads. Feeling it in my forearms

Funny thing is I always use straps but yet people ask me what I do for forearms. Lol.
