45 minutes Incline Treadmill followed by 20 minutes resistance stationary bike.

Currently injured and limited on lifting.
 
Workout number 2

Dumbell press 4x8
Lateral raises 3x15
Upright row 4x20
Barbell front row 3x15
Face pulls 3x15

Bicep curls 100reps
 
Hit legs today.Squats,leg ext's,leg curls and leg presses.Also did standing and seated calf raises.
 
40 min fasted cardio. Last workout until I can eat normally again because I have no energy whatsoever. All I'm gonna do is ride my bike.
