My gym has a new machine that assists my squats and puts very little stress on my knee , love it !!!
 
Gotta make sure the legs are done, I'm not trying to be top heavy and look like s douchebag
 
Legs I did muscle rounds with squats. Followed by super setting leg curls and extensions.

Just got back from a 5 mile run with my dogs.They needed a workout too.
 
Chest bench press muscle rounds 185lbs 4 reps with ten second pauses 5 sets. Incline db press 80lbs for 8x2 sets. 30lb 20x2 sets. Followed by cable flys. Then hammer strength incline press. I know I'm missing some other shit lol
