Tuesday was back and bis
Dumbbell rows 3 sets
High pulley rope cable rows 3 sets
Neutral grip chin ups 3 sets
Wide lat pull downs 3 sets
Ez Bar curl 3 sets
Single arm preacher curl 2 sets
Dumbbell hammer curl 2 sets

Off Wednesday and hit shoulders today
Seated barbell ohp 3 sets
Hammer strength shoulder press 2 sets
Seated Dumbbell lateral raise 3 sets
Single arm dumbbell raise 3 sets
Rear Delt dumbbell raise 3 sets
Rear Delt machine flye 2 sets

Plan to hit legs tomorrow.. its been a busy week all around! Shoveling gravel after work for our driveway and whatnot.

I did hit legs Saturday with some leg press, Squats, leg extensions, leg curls and a couple calf exercises.. strength is still hanging on with this cruise. Weight today was 232. Hit chest n tris.

Flat bb bench 3 sets
Incline dumbbell bench 3 sets
Incline barbell bench 3 sets
Cable flyes 3 sets
Skullcrushers 2 sets
Overhead db tri extension 2 sets
Rope push downs 2 sets

Felt pretty good

Sorry for not updating in a week guys, did all my workouts last week but I was pretty down so nothing spectacular, think it was the calm before the storm because I've been pretty sick the past couple days with a brutal respiratory infection. Coughs from hell, my damn lungs hurt.. took the night off the gym tonight, first session I've missed in a while but any movement gets me in a coughing fit. Hopefully I'll feel up to par tomorrow and can make this workout up and still hit the rest this week. Today marks 6 weeks since my last "blast" injection, I've been cruising since. Not sure how much longer I plan on riding it out.. I'm feeling smaller but weighing the same and strength is about the same, just composition suffering a bit and shirts fitting a little looser I'm the important areas lol, oh well, it'll come back quick when I rev it up.

I ended up hitting chest/tris Tuesday, back/bis Wednesday and I just hit a shoulder day with some extra bi and tri work today. I was sick as shit through Wednesday, started feeling a bit better the past couple days. Workouts work so so, strength wasn't down but I definitely didn't feel good lol. Had an awesome pump tonight though. Weight was down to 229 Wednesday but back at 232 today.

Alright guys, feeling better and getting back at it. Monday I started back on a little blast, I dropped gh out of the mix and will be running 750 sust, 600 eq & 400 deca for around 12 weeks with an anadrol kickstart. I maintained strength pretty well during my 8 week cruise, sitting at 229 lb at the moment a few days after drop the gh. I hit chest Monday

Flat bb bench 355x4, 365x3, 315x8 (first time going over 315 in quite some time)
Incline dumbbell bench 120x7, 115x7, 110x8 (tired from the heavy bench from not being used to it)
Incline machine press 3 sets 15
Cable flye 3 sets 12
Weighted dips 2 sets 12, 10
Decline skull crushers 2 sets 10, 8
V bar push downs 2 sets 12, 10


Yesterday I hit back, I normally use straps for barbell rows because for some reason my grip gives on those but nothing else, but I forgot then at home so grip was giving before back..

Barbell row 3 sets 245x15, 245x12, 245x10 (grip sucked those 2nd and 3rd sets)
Low pulley cable row 240×10, 10, 8
Lat pulldown 210x10, 8, 195x12
Rope cable pulldowns 3 sets 12

Had a nice wrap up to the week.. Thursday was shoulders, didn't go very heavy because the chair I always use for ohp with dumbbells was being worked on so had to do Standing.

Standing ohp dumbbells 2 sets
Hammer strength machine press 2 sets
Standing dumbbell lateral raises 3 sets
Upright row 3 sets
Bent over dumbbell raises 3 sets
Rear Delt machine flye 3 sets

Friday I hit legs, I missed leg day the past week and honestly haven't hit them hard lately for a bit, but I actually had my best squat WITHOUT knee wraps that I've had in a very long time.. went heavier than I have in a long time and didn't have it band pain, it was pretty nice.

Barbell squat 5 sets 315x5, 365x5, 405x2, 365x3, 315x5

Barbell front squat 185x8, 205x8, 205x7

Leg extension 3 sets 15-20

Lying leg curls 3 sets 8-12

Seated calf raises 2 sets 15-20

Standing calf raise 2 sets 10-15

Weight is at 232.

Pretty nice chest and tris session yesterday. Weight was 234. Feeling Christmas time fluffy lol. Strength was about even with last week, only my second week back going heavy.. hoping to break my PR of 425 on flat here soon..

Today was legs. Definitely not feeling as good as last week. Knees ached, had been cracking all day, hips hurt, it band flaring back up.. not fun but still did it anyway.

Shoulder has really been bothering me lately, have to get back to serious stretching regularly.. weight holding around 232, feeling pretty strong in most areas but no real increase the past couple weeks.

Monday I did chest and tris as usual

Flat barbell bench 345x3 (shoulder was real tight), 345x5 (a little better but still painful) 225x 20 (first time going this light in a long time, kept it slow and tension).
Incline dumbbell bench 125x 4, 115x6, 105x10 (garbage on these too :/)
Incline barbell bench 225x7, 225x7, 205x10
Seated machine flye 3 sets 12
Overhead Tricep dumbbell extension 2 sets 12
Ez Bar close grip bench 2 sets 8-10
Single arm cable push downs 2 sets 15


Yesterday was back and biceps, forgot my lifting straps again so didn't go real heavy on dumbbell rows

Yesterday was shoulder day, felt pretty strong aside from the shoulder pain, once I was stretched out I was able to work through it without it being too terrible. Weight was up to 235ish.

Seated barbell overhead press 205x10, 8, 8 (shoulder was hurting so I went a bit lighter on these)

Saturday was legs.. nothing special, hips out of alignment a bit still so nothing real heavy..

I was busy all week last week, I'll be sure and get back going in here this week. Only made it to the gym on Monday, Tuesday & Friday last week, hit chest/tris, back/bis & shoulders. Missed leg day but I wasn't too upset because my knees and hips have been aching and cracking like crazy, thy probably needed the rest. The weather back and forth from freezing to being in the 50s and 60s this past month probably isn't helping with ligaments/joints swelling and shrinking back and forth.

Rear Delt machine flye 3 sets


Saturday I hit legs and had a pretty good workout once I was stretched out and warmed up

Lying leg curls 3 sets
Standing calf raise 2 sets
Donkey calf raise 2 sets


Getting back tonight for chest and tris. Still weighing between 230-232. Ready for some tren strength to kick in!

Alright back from my work trip, I currently am taking a break from exotics and am running 1250mg test e per week with hcg clomid & arimidex (if you've read some of my other threads lately you'll know why the hcg & clomid), but I do have some new motivation and will be ramping my volume up some, adding extra sets and an extra day per week finally. Tonight was chest & I hit a little bit of triceps

Flat barbell bench 4 sets 5, 3, 5, 8

Incline dumbbell bench 4 sets 8, 6, 7, 12

Decline barbell bench 4 sets 6, 7, 8, 11

Flat close grip hammer grip dumbbell bench 3 sets 8, 7, 10

Cable flyes 3 sets 15, 15, 12

V bar bent over tricep extensions overhead 2 sets 18, 12

Rope push downs 2 sets 11, 10


Weight was 235, looking to clean up my diet a bit and recomp a little.

Today I did some shoulders. Weight was 235.

Feeling pretty productive, following 90 sec rest periods for the most part, pushing harder and most of my workouts have more volume, also will be on 5 days a week instead of 4.

Side note realized I forgot to inject Monday, so just did that a bit ago. Lol. Still just 1250 test/wk. Nothing else aside from clomid & hcg.

Quick question... what made you choose to do 1250 test e over the more "common" doses like 500,600,750? Is there some extra benefit?? I also haven't been on here in a while and I did not see your other threads so I'm also wanting to know the use of hcg and clomid with your test e? Trying to have a kid? I ask because I am with my wife and I have heard it helps??

And I don't really like doing low doses & love high test, since I dropped everything else out for the moment I'm just running high dose test. 1g is usually my sweet spot, 750 is normally plenty with other stuff. But I tolerate it well and felt like I'd see how the high test standalone worked for me.

Yessir, trying for a kid. The hcg and clomid are for that. Trying it while staying on at the moment, I would be on TRT regardless so going off test completely leaves me with zero libido, so I'm trying this route of test only with hcg/clomid to see how it affects things. If it doesn't work I'll consider coming off completely for a while but I'm hoping to not have to and have heard from a few that this has worked.

Hit arms last night, first designated arm day in a while and it felt pretty good. I superset bis and tris all the way through.. weight was 232. Strength is pretty good and I seem to already be recomping a bit just from upping my training.

Close grip bench superset Ez Bar curl- 3 sets 15/12, 7/8, 8/8 (first time doing close grip in a long time, worked with 225 & 245)

Dumbbell Overhead Tricep extension superset dumbbell hammer curls- 3 sets 15/8, 12/8, 11/8

V bar push down superset front double bicep cable curls 3 sets 10/15, 12/12, 10/10

I might give that a try the HCG at least. Idk about clomid tho and the risk of strokes. My family has a bad history of strokes. I've also read that it works i been trying some other things to add as well. Goodluck to you on the kid! Thanks for taking the time to reply to such a personal question. Much appreciated.
