Upper push today, weak as fuck still recovering from illness and first push day in almost 3 weeks...but trying to put my strength ego aside and just get the job done. On vacation at grammas and had her building gym to myself which was nice. Noticed some wittle baby upper chest gainz whilst sitting in the sauna... was nice to see after feeling like a weak ass clown.

i am having trouble seeing your chest development. i think i need to feel it with my own two hands 🙂
 
Killed another lift today. Day 1 of new diet began and felt amazing lifting. Hungry on the cut but getting what I need. Can post program later. In the meantime here's some back things, including a pump that can be seen through a shirt and more awful posing attempts.

Stick with it chica, you can do this. It's 90% mental. Once you convince your mind that the diet is perfect for you, it will all fall into place easily
