Thanks t and sf. It's starting to come together. It's actually gonna be exciting to see how much I actually put on in the last 6 months.
 
Well about the time I think it's all clicking I take weekly photos (which will not be posted) and realize the train is moving at an astronomically slow pace. The fat on the belly is being a stubborn bitch. I know its a lot of rebound fat from last show and I'm afraid it's gonna be hell getting it off.

243 on the scales today.

I feel cursed. Literally. I'm having to laugh about this cause this may be the stupidest thing that has happened this prep yet.

I'm putting on my right work boot this morning and POP. My low back is fucked. I'm tingly and almost numb from the ass down. Sitting in the chiro's office now to try and get some relief. I feel paralyzed, can just barely move my legs. Once I get up and start walking its tolerable but sharp shooting pain all over my fucking body. I'm totally gimped up, have to apply pressure to my groin on the right side to get the leg to work right. WTF. This is worse than I've ever felt.

Today was supposed to be a happy day. A refeed, a eating free for all. Now I hurt so bad I feel like I'm gonna puke just thinking about water.
 
Damn. Feel for you brother. Back pain is THE WORST!

Keep us posted, I'm always curious as to how effective a chiro actually is.
 
Well chiro has me walking and standing A LOT easier. Muscles will be sore but the shooting pain is gone. I won't be able to lift tonight. Was gonna do back ironically. Planned on a new pr in dead lifts. Instead I dead lifted a boot.

I've done chiro almost exclusively for 5 years now.(Still do massage also) Had a bulged disc that everyone else wanted to do surgery on, he corrected it in 6 months and I get regular adjustments to make sure everything stays in place. My whole family goes. Our allergies are way down and we live where the term "dust bowl" came from. As a family we aren't sick near as much and we recover from sicknesses vastly quicker.
 
How's the back doing? I know exactly what you mean, stupid shit always tends to knock me out too w my back. Picked up a towel about 2 months ago and couldn't move for a week, squats or doing dead lifts, not an issue. Go figure.
 
Damn Rock, when it rains it pours in your neighborhood! Let that chiropractic work do its magic for a day or so and maybe you'll be back to new. I know my guy is a life changer when it comes to getting adjusted. Been using him for probably 20 years or better.
If ur in the dust bowl, we be in the same hood. Thought u were a little further south with the shows you were planning. Get better my man!!
 
Thanks guys. It's starting to really hurt now. Although everything feels like its working right something's still hitting that nerve. I wish I had muscle relaxers.
