Shoulders and Abs. Wife and I trained together. She was a beast with a cameltoe tonight ha ha Very distracting but, she put one hell of a workout in. I give her a hug when she turns up the intensity like that

Slept in now playing video games. Tomorrow I am getting back in the swing of things!!!!!

Kinda been on a lazy streak this week. Workout Monday and that was it!!!

Thank god for trt cause I still have that pumped look but feel tiny

I hate the fact that if I skip gym a couple days I feel small!!!!
 
A much needed rest day. 2.5 hours of coaching little league football and squeezing in my workouts has taKen its toll. Need a couple of "me" days.
